If your big-end assembly needs rebuilding chances are you will need new rollers and different over-sizes. When properly rebuilding your big-end, you can hone your rod (assuming it’s in good shape) and install larger rollers to compensate the material you lost.

This method is not only affordable but smart. Now there is no need to spend upwards of $200-$400 for a big-end assembly for your vintage Triumph, BSA or Norton motorcycle.  

Our replacement big-end roller bearings are made and imported from England. Each roller bearing has a tolerance of +/- .00001 which is perfect for a big-end rebuild.
